LT265: Pieces of the Puzzle

THERE’S NO SMOKE WITHOUT A FIRE

Someone suggested that Christian is Smokey because when Jack was off-island he saw his father’s image in the waiting room of the hospital. This was because he was lured to the lobby to locate the origin of the beeping – a smoke alarm. Why else would the alarm be going off if there wasn’t smoke present? And there was, Smokey Christian Shepherd.

PROP ERRORS OR CLUES

Thanks, Greg for the link of the site that tracks these things. I don’t know if you caught it or not, but the cabin Ilena burned down had the dog painting in it. You probably noticed the ash was a different color than before. But did you notice the picture frame around the dog painting also changed?

FLASH AT THE END

When the season ended it appeared that Juliet set off the bomb (which is impossible the way she did it, but hey, that’s for another conversation). I say “appeared” because we saw the light…bright, white light. Any bets that the people present took another time flash? In other words, no one was disintegrated by the bomb because they were all flashed to another time and place.

DOES THIS PIECE FIT?

Remember when Desmond began his mental flashes? He falls while painting and Penny thinks the red paint is his blood? Check out the picture from that scene:

Look closely and you’ll see a white and black rock on the table. Do we have our Adam and Eve?

DID YOU SEE THIS CLOTH?

In one scene Ilena hands Bram a piece of cloth. Here is a shot of that:

If you notice this is the statue. It also resembles the rug that Jacob was weaving. How did Ilena get it?

I thought just popped into my head. If Widmore can send out multiple resources to locate the island, why couldn’t Hanso? If this show is going to come full circle it would seem the family that was at the start would be at the end. Could Ilena and Company being a Hanso operative?
